You know when you had a nice dinner with some friends and everyone is full actually but would still like something little to go with an espresso as a desert? Something with chocolate maybe, but not too heavy?
This sounds nearly like a TV commercial, I can see someone biting pleasurably into the chocolate strawberry in my mind’s eye.
So now you here get the recipe for this delicious light after dinner or just in between bite. You only need two ingredients:
- fresh and crispy strawberries
- chocolate coating in your favourite taste
Melt the chocolate and wash the strawberries, leave the green part on it. Dip the strawberry in the melted chocolate and put them on a plate or cutting board that is covered with aluminium foil. Cool it down in the fridge for about an hour before eating.
