cooking | Pancake breakfast

Uuuuiiiii, weekend is coming closer! Time to think about where to have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. I guess with this delicious recipe, breakfast at home would be a great idea!

Sweet fluffy pancakes with fresh fruit and some marple syrup or dulce di leche topping, the last one even better I would say, that is what I recommend for this weekend.

For two portions you need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • A little bit of salt
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • A teaspoon of baking powder
  • Oil for the pan

Crack the eggs with the sugar and add the milk. Mix in salt, flour and baking powder until you have a smooth dough. Leave it for about 15 minutes. Put some oil in a pan and heat it up on middle level. Put a blob of dough in the pan and wait till it builds little bubbles. Then turn it.

Arrange the pancakes nicely on the plate, it tastes even better!
